Munich, October 16th, 2014 –<\/em>\u00a0Effective immediately, SOFTCON AG, already part of the Nagarro Division of Allgeier SE, will trade under the name Nagarro AG. In doing so, the company will strengthen its presence and recognition value on the global market.<\/strong><\/p>\n

By changing its name to Nagarro AG, SOFTCON AG will be continuing on its path to becoming a global service provider that offers a comprehensive portfolio of services. As part of Allgeier SE, the Nagarra Division and therefore also Nagarro AG as the representative of the Division in Germany are thus now in a position to cover the complete spectrum of IT in all its facets as an IT service provider, from onsite to nearshore and even offshore. The Nagarro Division has more than 2,300 employees worldwide at 14 sites in different 10 countries.<\/p>\n

\u201cSoftcon AG has stood for IT expertise and continuity for over 30 years by offering a broad spectrum of services ranging from SAP to AMS and SharePoint, custom developed solutions and mobile solutions that even include RFID,\u201d says Ludwig Br\u00fcnnig, Member of the Management Board of Nagarro AG. \u201cWe will be strengthening these aspects through this name change.
