The former SecureNet GmbH\u2019s management will continue to be executive.<\/p>\n<p>The merger of\u00a0<i>SecureNet\u00a0<\/i>with\u00a0<i>mgm technology partners GmbH<\/i>\u00a0holding majority interest in the new company is extending and strengthening mgm, which has been focused on the development of modern, highly scalable and secure web applications for 20 years, by the expertise and performance of a specialist for 16 years for the security of web based and mobile software technology.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWith mgm security partners, mgm is growing by a strong security specialist with more than 30 employees.
