Allgeier Holding AG, Munich, ISIN DE 0005086300, announced in the ad-hoc dated 19th of April 2005, that it was undergoing negotiations for the acquisition of assets of the insolvent BOG Informationstechnologie & Services GmbH & Co. KG. On today\u2019s date the axol IT Kommunikationsgesellschaft mbH, a 100% affiliate of the Allgeier Holding AG, and the BOG Informationstechnologie & Services GmbH & Co. KG signed a purchasing contract for the acquisition of further assets. The acquired assets are to be assigned to the business segment IT Solutions. The acquisition offers Allgeier Holding AG the possibility to increase sales in the business unit IT in the ongoing business year by approx. 5 to 6 million Euros. <\/SPAN><\/P>
