{"id":11217,"date":"2025-12-19T00:37:40","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T00:37:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.allgeier.com\/en\/?page_id=11217"},"modified":"2026-01-12T15:32:05","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T15:32:05","slug":"share-buyback-2025","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.allgeier.com\/en\/investor-relations\/share-buyback-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Share Buyback 2025\/2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On December 18, 2025, the Management Board of Allgeier SE decided to make use of the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on June 27, 2025, pursuant to Section 71 para. 1 no. 8 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) to repurchase its own shares.<\/p>\n<p>A total of up to 575,080 shares of Allgeier SE are to be repurchased as part of a share buyback program, corresponding to a share of around 5% of the current nominal share capital of EUR 11,501,613.00, with the buyback limited to a number of shares corresponding to a total volume of no more than EUR 11 million (excluding ancillary costs of purchase). The buyback will take place in the period from December 19, 2025, to April 30, 2026, at the latest.<\/p>\n<p>Allgeier SE announced the terms and conditions of this share buyback program on December 19, 2025, in accordance with Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of Regulation (EU) No. 596\/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016\/1052.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
