KG on acquiring selected assets and contractual relationships of the ERP Navision business segment. The corresponding contract, which still depends amongst others upon the agreement by the board of creditors, was signed today on the 19.04.2005.<\/P><P class=\"fontstyle\">In the ad-hoc disclosure on the 18.02.2005 the Allgeier Holding AG announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to acquire selected business segments of a mid-sized IT company. The negotiations were influenced by that the BOG Informationstechnologie &amp; Services GmbH &amp; Co. KG signed in the meantime for insolvency. <\/P><P class=\"fontstyle\">The planned transaction is with the signing of the purchasing contract only partly realised. For the Allgeier Group is the assets acquisition of the on ERP Navision merchandising solution focused business a supplement to its own on medium-sized businesses focused solution. <\/P><P class=\"fontstyle\">Furthermore are negotiations being held between the Allgeier Holding AG and the BOG Informationstechnologie &amp; Services GmbH &amp; Co. KG on the acquisition of further assets from business segments of the BOG Informationstechnologie &amp; Services GmbH &amp; Co.
