With the acquisition of MOS-Tangram AG, the mgm technology partners group further extends its market position and its existing range of services as IT service provider in the areas of e-commerce and mail order business.<\/p>\n<p>MOS-Tangram AG is an owner-managed Swiss company that, since the mid Nineties, has been developing a merchandise management solution specialized on online, retail and mail order business called \u201eMOS-CHOICE\u201c which it offers as producer and service provider. Over 100 customers are convinced of MOS-Tangram AG\u2019s systems.<\/p>\n<p>mgm has been existing for more than 20 years and generated, with 368 employees at eight locations in Germany, France and the Czech Republic, a turnover of 44,1 Mio. \u20ac in 2014. mgm belongs to the Allgeier group (Allgeier SE), which with a turnover of over 400 Mio. \u20ac is one of Germany\u2019s leading medium-sized IT-services providers.<\/p>\n<p>mgm is a software solution company and defines its success by the number of systems put into operation and their contribution to the success of its\u2019 clients\u2019 businesses.
