Acquisition and storage of personal data as well as their purpose

If you have expressly consented according to art. 6 para. 1 page 1 lit. a GDPR we use your email address to send you our newsletter regularly. To receive our newsletter providing an email address is sufficient.

The information processing in order to contact us is in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 page 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntary granted consent. After completion of the task you have set, the personal data you share while using the contact form will be deleted automatically.

The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR.  Responsibility for the operation compliant with data protection is to be guaranteed by their respective providers.
