The Annual General Meeting will be held as an in-person event, i.e., with shareholders and their proxies in attendance, at the NOVOTEL München Messe in Munich.

Your participation and your vote are important to us. A prerequisite is that you register in advance. This can be done by June 23, 2026 (12:00 am (midnight), CEST) at the latest by post, e-mail or via the InvestorPortal.
