Strong partnership with Allgeier supports further growth of the leading software solution for digital employee referral programs
Munich, April 13, 2015 – Buying a stake in Talentry GmbH, Allgeier Group committed as strategic anchor investor in the emerging Munich-based software company. As part of the transaction, Talentry GmbH will receive a significant amount of funds. These additional funds will be used primarily for a rapid market penetration of the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as to further develop the innovative recruiting solution. With Allgeier strategically focussing on high-growth software solutions, this step sees Allgeier broaden its portfolio with in-house software products in the Solutions segment; it also strengthens its status as an international software vendor and service provider. Talentry benefits from Allgeier Group’s international network and its market access, which encompasses more than 3,000 established customers across all industries. At the same time, Allgeier ensures a successful further development of a solution which has great future potential; this strong partnership and the provision of comprehensive development services creates a stable, long-term basis for Talentry’s further growth. The ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator program, one of the leading Start-Up Accelerator programs, which was the first to invest in Talentry supporting the company’s early development, sold its stake to the Allgeier Group as part of this move. However, ProSiebenSat.1 will remain loyal to Talentry and continue using the recruiting software on a company-wide basis.
The emerging tech company Talentry is the leading provider of digital employee referral programs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The software moves referral management into the digital age and therewith takes the paradigm change from Passive- to Active Sourcing into account. Talentry is based on the insight that a company’s own employees are the most important factor for a business’s long-term success. The software supports companies to discover the best talent for vacant positions: it presents a rapid and cost-efficient method of recruiting in which a company’s employees can recommend qualified contacts at any time and from anywhere using a wide range of channels (i.e. email, professional as well as social networks, WhatsApp, etc.).
