The TOPjects AG, a 100% subsidiary of Allgeier Holding AG, will with effect from 1 April 2012, the majority of the shares of SKYTEC AG based Oberhaching.

Founded in 1997, the SKYTEC AG with customers in the midsize and large companies, with its currently more than 70 expert solutions in the automotive, building SCADA Management, Innovation and Idea Management and Business Intelligence.

The TOPjects Ltd., with offices in Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne and Hamburg since 1995 has been successfully positioned as an IT service provider with a technical focus in the financial services and telecom sectors. With more than 300 employees in the areas of IT consulting, software development, IT service management, sourcing management and technical topics such as business intelligence and application management offers the TOPjects AG a wide range of services in the German market.
