Dr. Marcus Goedsche has been a member of Allgeier SE’s Management Board since 2008. He is responsible for the financial, legal and HR affairs of Allgeier Group as well as M&A and other transactions. He also takes care of the leadership and development of various group companies and segments. Previously he was a member of Allgeier SE’s management from 2007 in the function of general counsel. Marcus Goedsche advised Allgeier on various transactions as an external consultant before finally joining the company. After graduating in law, he was initially active as an attorney-at-law and partner at an international law firm in the field of corporate law since 2000. He obtained his doctorate in 2002 with a thesis on stock corporation law. He advised numerous companies on matters concerning corporate and capital market law. His professional focus covered consulting on M&A and restructuring transactions, venture capital and other investment transactions, capital market transactions and the launch of investment funds and other financial assets.

Mr Hubert Rohrer has been a member of Allgeier SE’s Executive Board since 2013. Mr Rohrer started his career in 1986 at Allgeier Computer GmbH as head of sales at the French subsidiary. He assumed responsibility for managing this company in 1989, expanding it over the subsequent years to become an established provider of ERP and DMS business software solutions. In 1999, Hubert Rohrer joined the Management Board of Allgeier Computer AG, where he oversaw the company's IPO in 2000 and was responsible for the successful restructuring of its operating IT business. Hubert Rohrer has been a member of the Group’s top management for many years, and heads up the Allgeier Enterprise IT segment.

Mr Moritz Genzel has been a member of the Management Board of Allgeier SE since 2024. Mr Genzel has been with Allgeier since 2019 and in this context has supported various acquisitions, the spin-off and IPO of the international software business in 2020 as well as financing and capital measures of the Allgeier Group. After his legal studies, Mr Genzel initially worked for a law firm specializing in commercial law in the corporate M&A department. He then moved to an international Swiss investment bank as a lawyer. In his roles, he advised numerous companies on corporate and capital market law issues and transactions.

In his long-standing role as CEO of Allgeier SE, Carl Georg Dürschmidt (born in Neutraubling, Germany, in 1958) played a key role in developing the Allgeier Group into one of Germany's leading software and IT services companies. Mr. Dürschmidt made a significant contribution to the sustainable growth of the Group. A highlight was the spin-off of Allgeier SE's global technology consulting and software development business, which was bundled under Nagarro SE, in December 2020. Nagarro SE has been listed as an independent company since then. After graduating in economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Mr. Dürschmidt worked as an authorized signatory for a medium-sized company. In 1986, he joined an international management consulting firm in the field of strategy consulting for SMEs. From 1989, he worked for an investment company focusing on investments in German SMEs. Following a successful IPO, he took on a position on the Executive Board in 1992. After founding an investment company together with partners in 1996, he was responsible for the development and management of an investment portfolio of medium-sized companies. In 2001, Mr. Dürschmidt and his partners acquired the shares of the Allgeier founder. From 2003 to 2020, Mr. Dürschmidt was a member of the Management Board of Allgeier SE and was elected to the Supervisory Board in September 2022. From 2020 to 2025, Mr. Dürschmidt was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nagarro SE.

Managing Partner IK Investment Partners, Hamburg & London After his studies of mechanical engineering at the university of Stuttgart and at the technical university of Munich, as well as after passing his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) examination with INSEAD at Fontainebleau, Mr. Detlef Dinsel worked for the international strategy consulting firm Bain & Company Inc., Munich, at first as a project manager and later on as a member of the executive board. Subsequently, he was in the position of Vice President Corporate Development and Divisions Manager for Hilti Group in Liechtenstein and Basle. After that he was chairman of the executive board of a Swiss industrial enterprise. In 1996 he became the managing director of a large European Buyout Fund where he was responsible for German-speaking business (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). Detlef Dinsel was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Allgeier SE until the end of September 2022, of which he had been a member since June 2001, and holds a significant stake of his own in the Company. Mr. Dinsel was reappointed to the Supervisory Board in March 2023. He advises the group on strategic and operational matters. Managing Partner of CHE Consulting GmbH A graduate in business administration and law of the university of St. Gallen, Switzerland, Mr. Christian Eggenberger became project manager for restructurings with an auditing company. Moreover, he was responsible for corporate development with a Swiss industrial enterprise. For several years, he managed a medium-sized industrial business until it was sold. He occupied several top management positions at Allgeier before he became a member of the Allgeier SE Supervisory Board in December 2009. Prof. Dr. Jörg-Andreas Lohr is Managing Partner of LOHR+COMPANY GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Düsseldorf and Vienna. After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, he completed his doctorate at the Chair of Business Taxation (Prof. Dr. Rose) and has been an honorary professor at the University of Cologne since 2007, specializing in risk management. He was appointed tax consultant in 1989 and public accountant in 1991. He began his professional career at a next ten auditing firm, where he was latterly Managing Partner until he founded LOHR+COMPANY in 2001. Prof. Dr. Lohr has been an auditor of listed companies for many years and has outstanding expertise in all aspects of accounting and risk management. Prof. Dr. Lohr has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Allgeier SE since June 2024.

Operating Partner, Viessmann Generations Group Mr. Achim Berg is an investor and operating partner at Viessmann Generations Group and is considered a proven digital expert. He also serves on several supervisory and advisory boards of well-known companies. Before joining the newly founded Viessmann holding company, Mr. Berg was a partner at US-based growth investor General Atlantic for almost nine years. Prior to that, he was a member of the Management Board of Bertelsmann SE and CEO of Arvato AG, a service provider with around 80,000 employees. Between 2013 and 2017, he was Chairman of the Management Board of Microsoft Germany and subsequently responsible for the global marketing of all mobile operating systems for Microsoft in Seattle. Prior to that, he was a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Telekom, T-Com, for five years, responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the subgroup. In addition to his operational career, Mr. Berg was President of the industry association BITKOM for six years from 2017 to 2023 and was also Vice President of the Federation of German Industries (BDI). Mr. Berg holds a degree in computer science and completed the European Management Program at the European Economic School.
