In this year’s market survey by the IT trade publications ChannelPartner and COMPUTERWOCHE, Allgeier was named “Best Systems Company 2013”. This puts Allgeier right on top in terms of customer satisfaction among the large IT service providers in Germany posting annual revenue in excess of EUR 250 million

Munich, August 29, 2013 – Allgeier took the top ranking in this year’s COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner’s customer survey evaluating the best German systems companies. After coming in second in the previous year, Allgeier has been able to further boost the satisfaction of its customers and ascend to the top of the IT service provider rankings. “We are delighted with this award naming us top service provider in the IT industry. The award represents a strong recognition of our operating business and confirmation of our strategic orientation, which systematically places customer-centricity centre stage in our work. More than 3,400 users were polled on their satisfaction with IT service providers as part of the annual survey by the industry magazines COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner. As part of this, users voted on the quality of their partners in the categories application software, software infrastructure, IT security, mobility as well as managed services & cloud computing. In addition, in the detailed questionnaire, users were also able to provide information on their satisfaction with the projects which were realised for them by the IT service providers. In its IT projects, Allgeier was able to make a mark with the highest customer satisfaction in the areas application software, mobility and IT infrastructure. “Obviously quality and customer satisfaction have not suffered on the back of the rapid growth of the past few years. In fact, quite the opposite,” emphasised COMPUTERWOCHE. “We are particularly pleased with the development of customer satisfaction, which we were able to increase from year to year,” says Hubert Rohrer. As in the previous year, Allgeier was also able to record the highest recommendation rate among the large German IT service providers in 2013. Overall, 230 projects implemented by Allgeier were rated by IT users. Allgeier was presented with the award yesterday evening as part of the ChannelPartner Systemhauskongress event in Düsseldorf.
