The bearer shares of Allgeier SE (ISIN DE0005086300) were converted on 2 October 2017 into registered shares of Allgeier SE (ISIN DE000A2GS633, WKN A2GS63). The conversion rate from bearer shares to registered shares is 1:1. The conversion will be automatically executed by the depository banks on 4 October 2017 and is free of charge to shareholders.
Thereby Allgeier SE is executing a resolution passed at Annual General Meeting held on June 28, 2017. By converting bearer shares to registered shares Allgeier hopes to improve the transparency of its stockholdings and to enable more direct and transparent as well as faster communication with its shareholders.
